1. Who we are

2. What data we process
When you fill in the advice form or contact us:
- name and, if you provide it, company name;
- email address and telephone number;
- details about your project, such as area, subfloor and underfloor heating;
- the question or message you send us.
When you visit the website, Google Analytics measures how the site is used: for example which device and browser you use, which pages you view and how you arrived at the site. For this, Google Analytics places cookies; see section 6.
3. What we use your data for

4. How long we keep data
- Requests without follow-up: 12 months after handling.
- Data relating to a contract: 7 years, due to the tax retention obligation.
- Website statistics: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone, with one exception: Lindner, the manufacturer of NORIT, if this is necessary to handle your question or project.
We do work with service providers who process data only on our behalf:
- Webflow, for hosting the website and processing forms;
- Google, for website statistics via Google Analytics;
- Microsoft, for email and office software (Microsoft 365).
We make agreements with these parties on security and confidentiality. Some are based in the United States; transfers then take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
This website only uses Google Analytics cookies, to measure how the site is used:

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website uses a secure connection (https).
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object, have the processing restricted, have your data transferred and withdraw consent you have given.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
