NORIT bonded fill

A cement-bound, lightweight levelling compound with mineral and organic lightweight aggregates. For large and varying height differences up to 300 mm, in new construction and renovation. Can also be used under a wet screed.

  • Layer thickness 10–300 mm
  • 33 litre bag
  • Fire class A1
  • Walkable after approx. 24 hours

What is NORIT bonded fill suitable for?

  • Filling large and varying height differences, up to 300 mm.
  • Level, heat-insulating underlays that carry a lot despite their low weight.
  • No settling or further compaction after drying.
  • High compressive strength, easy to pump and a constant, homogeneous mix.
  • Under NORIT screed and NORIT underfloor heating, and also under a wet screed.
Waiting time

After approx. 24 hours the fill is walkable. After approx. 1 day per cm of layer thickness you can lay NORIT screed or NORIT underfloor heating (at 20 °C and 65 % relative humidity).

Installation

Tools: hand mixer or mixing pump, screed bar, water level hose or levelling instrument.

  1. 1Set out screed strips of bonded fill at the correct height, directly along the wall or approx. 50 cm away from it. Lay the next strips parallel to it; the distance depends on the length of the screed bar.
  2. 2Check the height with a water level hose or a levelling instrument.
  3. 3Mix with approx. 8–9 litres of water per bag: approx. 2–3 minutes with a hand mixer, or continuously with a mixing pump. Use the mix within approx. 30 minutes.
  4. 4Apply the fill between the strips and screed it level. Protect the surface from draughts and direct sunlight while drying.
  5. 5After approx. 24 hours the fill is walkable; cover the walkways. After approx. 1 day per cm of layer thickness you can lay NORIT screed or NORIT underfloor heating.
How many bags do you need?

1 mm over 1 m² is 1 litre. 33 litre bag; without reserve.
